    Surviving Work

    (rules as they come to me)

    1. If a meeting has a specified end time, leave at that time, even if the meeting isn't over.
    2. If a meeting does not have a specified end time, call the meeting convener and ask when the meeting will end. Leave at the specified end time.
    3. Bring something to work on in case the meeting starts late.

    title revision

    I think I have a title for my dissertation that I can live with. Amy gave me the original suggestion and then Alice fine-tuned it. Here it is: Dissonance and Excess: Four Students' Revision Experiences in a Composition Classroom. Thanks, Amy and Alice. Where would I be without my blog peeps?


    Still waiting to hear from my readers about the "limited revisions" I need to make. I hope their definition of limited is similar to mine.


    November 13 is my drop dead deadline for getting my dissertation in for format check if I want to defend on November 30-ish (which I do).
